Privacy Policy — Token Admin
Token Admin (“the App”) is a utility app for authorized sub-admins to view and manage virtual tokens: increase/decrease the current token, view booked tokens, and reset tokens. The App is accessible only with credentials created by the Admin system (external admin panel). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App uses and how it is handled.
1. Data collected inside the App
The App itself does not collect personal information from users. Users sign in using system-generated IDs such as SA435467 and a password. These IDs are random strings and are not personal identifiers.
2. Data collected by the Admin system (outside this App)
Note: the following data is collected by the separate Admin panel or website when the Admin creates sub-admin accounts. This data is not collected by or stored in the Token Admin mobile app.
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Physical address (only if provided by the Admin)
If a user needs changes or deletion of the account data collected by the Admin system, they must contact the Admin or the developer (contact below).
3. Firebase & Push Notifications
The App uses Firebase services for functionality, including Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications that update token status in real time. FCM may use device tokens to address notifications. These tokens are used only for message delivery and are not tied to personal identity inside the app.
4. Analytics, crash reports, and device information
The App may use Firebase analytics or crash reporting tools to collect basic, non-personal diagnostics such as app version, OS version, device model, and crash traces. This information helps improve stability and performance and does not identify an individual user.
5. Advertising
The App displays third-party advertisements. Ad networks may collect non-personal data (such as advertising ID, approximate location, device model) according to their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party ad providers; please refer to each ad network's privacy policy for details.
6. Data sharing & third parties
- We do not sell personal data.
- The App does not share personal user data with third parties except:
- Ad networks required to display ads
- Firebase services used for app operation (messaging, analytics, crash reporting)
- Data that is collected in the external Admin system is managed by that system and may be shared according to its policies — not by this app.
7. Children
The App is intended for adults (18+) and authorized sub-admins. It is NOT directed to children. We request Google Play to block users determined to be minors from downloading or using the App.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data exchanged between the App and our servers (for example, token updates and authentication). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Admins should follow best practices to secure account credentials.
9. User rights & account deletion
Because personal account information (name, email, phone) is managed in the separate Admin system, users who want their data modified or deleted should contact the Admin or the developer at the email below. The Admin system owner is responsible for making those changes.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
